promised credit card w/$5K limit got a catalog with unneeded merchandise for exorbitant prices! I want my $49.00 back and I want it back now!

I received an offer for a credit card with a promised $5,000 limit. No where did it mention that this was for merchandise only from their particular catalog. Knowing I was in need of some dental work and needing quick financing, I thought here's a great idea.

Yeah, right, ripped off for $49.00 for a processing fee for what -- a catalog full of useless merchandise. I want my money back but they only have a PO Box and I don't know how to go about getting it back!
