PepBoys I purchased a air filter kit that i was told was legal for Californis and would pass smog. The smog station said it was not legal and would not pass. PepBoys would not refund or talk about it. Philadelphia, Pa 19132 Nationwide

On May 08, 2015 I purchased a air filter kit. I was told it was legal for California and would pass smog test. The smog station said it was the wrong one and would not pass. The state of California said they would impound my truck if I did not get it smogged By January 2016. I told PepBoys about this and they refused to do anything. They would not give me a name or anyone who could talk about it. I was told they will pass it on to corporate. I was never called or contacted. I was ignored.
