I ordered a free sample of ultra relief from Performance Products off of the internet. It was 3.95 for shipping. I was suppose to have 30 days to evaluate the product.
It did not work for my mothers arthiritus so I was going to cancel. There was no imformation inclosed in the package, no phone number, and an incomplete return address.
When I got my bank statement I saw the 3.95 reflected with their phone number. They had also charged me another $66.90 12 days later. I called them right away to let them know that I did not want any more of their product. The man I talked to said that my time had expired to evaluate the product.
They start the evaluation time from when you order no matter how long it takes to get to you.
When I called them I had not even received the second jar. After explaining to this man that I did not get the full amount of time to evaluate and I wanted a refund. He then gave me all the imformation that I needed to send back the next jar when I got it. Well it came the next day and I did every thing he said used the RMA # he gave me and got comfirmation postage.
I called them again today and the woman said I would not get a refund and the man I talked to before was fired. So they got my money and the product

This customer has received a refund for her products even though she did not follow the Terms and Conditions she signed up with. We strive to help all of our customers.
We appreciate forums and boards that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration. We recognize we are not perfect, but we are always seeking perfection.
We would like to take a moment and outline our whole marketing concept and emphasize it is very clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions and made readily available and we actually require persons to verify it has been read BEFORE one chooses to take our sample. We offer a tremendously healthy product, in a trial size, at a greatly reduced price, in order to allow more people an opportunity to try our healthy product that would otherwise never had had the chance. In doing so, our intent is that when an individual tries our sample, they can make a decision as to whether or not they would like to continue to receive the product on a monthly basis. If they like the product, they do nothing and the product continues to come each month.
