Permaseal is the worst company ever!! Do not do business with those scum bags. They will lie to you and they will cheat you from your hard earned money to get a half a*s installation and a system that will most likely fail and cause your basement to flood anyways.

My basement flooded with 4 feet of water, after spending 15k on flood control system and drain tile;  Permaseal promised me that I will never see another inch of water in my basement. The company is wreck less and will not cover any damages or admit that their system failed and did not prevent my house of getting water. 

I know a couple of other homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area, who flooded eventhough they had the best systems with Permaseal. Now the company is trying to play games and point the finger at the other direction. 

We will be strong as a community and we will take these bastards to court. Its just really sad to see a family run business get ruined by a class action law-suit. 

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT CONSIDERING PERMASEAL FOR YOUR BASEMENT!
