Personnel Concepts; have overcharged my business for over two years now.  They send posters at rediculuos rates.  They harrass you constantly about up dates all through the year.  The last straw; I recieved a call from one of their reps.  The rep was requesting to send me a new federal upadate conccerning fraud to protect my employees and customers.  When I explained to the rep I would research the update in quesation, he said it was a waste of time for me to research the new law because it was mandatory that we purchase this new updated material.

I finally researched personnell concepts.  They have numerous complaints concerning their practices.  As I read the comlaints from other businesses, I could relate to most of the complaints because I shared the same expeiences.  Personnell Concepts is a total rip off.

Look At This Company And Their Products With Common Sense

AUTHOR: Rachel - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 15, 2020

Personnel Concepts is an organization that prays on those businesses that wish to be/remain compliant with laws and regulations.  They claim to tell their customers (vicitims) that they can obtain the products they sell for free of government websites.....does that make any sense to anyone???? Yes, please let me order a poster for $267 when I can get it for free!  Thank God I looked on "Ripoff Report" before continuing this purchase.

I called back their customer service (robbery) department and initially acted as if I was going to follow-through with purchasing the Labor Law poster.  When far enough into the conversation to get further confirmation they were a total scam, I told the representative that I was not going to pay for something I could obtain for free.  I continued to tell her that Personnel Concepts was a deplorable scam and that taking advantage of people's intent to follow the law was ironically disgusting.  Ask to be removed from their Contact & Call Lists.
