personal debt helpline this company is a disgrace they contacted me and i agreed to set up a debt plan of 80 month i am disabled and in a wheelchair a couple of days before christmas i contacted them to ask to suspend my a cheadle, Internet

i am disabled and in a wheelchair and personal debt helpline should be extremely pleased with thereselfs for ripping me of i contacted this company a few days before christmas to ask for my account to be suspended they agreed to do this and assured me that no money would leave my account i went to my bank account this monday only to find that 80.02 had been debited from my account when i contacted personal debt helpline suddenly they have tried to make out that they had never spoken to myself and futhermore there was no instructions on my file they have point blank refused to re-imburse any monies i am now very dubious if this compay a has proper authority and b is it working outside the guidelines i now have no money to live on till my next payday and i wonder how soundly these so called people sleep at night
