Enough said. How is that for Comprehension?

A black horse did not offer any refund!! I have emails to prove it! But that is okay, I do my shopping elsewhere where there is a guarantee if I do not like or have problems with the product. I stand to what I said. All I can say is the truth is out there and he who seeks truth will find it. This person is a con artist and has had many problems in the past along with the BBB! Enough said

ablackhorse and its owner are upstanding people, subject to unfounded attacks by those in competition or those who delight in trashing others all over the internet. I have seen this ladies posts directed at others as well. She is a troublemaker. Her report, IMHO ( I have been a member of abh for years) is false and only put here to try and cause damage that is completely unjustified.

As an aside, I would hope the Rip Off Report starts doing due diligence on people  BEFORE allowing defamation and lies to be posted.

The Description for this item clearly stated that the price was for 1 tube and you had to order 5 tubes that are in one kit. So when somebody orders 5 they are getting 1 kit. In this case this person ordered 10 and they got 2 kits. That is exactly what they should expect to receive. The price was not for 5 that is one kit.

Now anybody that is familiar with this product knows that you could not expect to get a complete kit when the price is for one tube.

Secondly: We responded to this person with instructions on how to return her order, but she refuses to do so. Instead she goes around the internet complaining that she didnt get 10 kits for a price that is totally below our or anybodies cost.

Third: We have had contact with this lady over a 6 year period and each time it is a nightmare. She needs psychological help.

Fourth: To her contention that we have changed our kit pricing to a tube pricing again she is full of baloney. What has been changed is that our pricing is now for a complete kit of 5 tubes.

Her comprehension is low.
