I went to www.pet-dog.com to buy a 2pack washable doggie dipares from them. When I got them them I found that they were too small and want to exchange them. When I tried to the owner was VERY rude to me and won't let me take them back or exchange them for the nest size up. When my father tried to talk to him not only was he rude but he used vaulgar language and hung up. Then called back and was rude again. I understand for his behavior if we were rude first. He also treated like we were stupid by saying to read off things that weren't there and saying that we needed to email him when I personal did twice. All and all I feel that he was very unprofessional. he acted more like a 15 teen year old then an adult business owner. I your looking for any pet products don't go to either ablackhorse or pet-dog. Go to a real pet store website or to ebay; or even craigslist. You'll have a less chance of being riped off then treated badly.

We received a call first from a young lady. She was given instructions on how to return the product. We never heard back from her. We then received a phone call from some man who didnt know the order number and was totally confused when we asked questions to try to find out the order number that he was referring too.
When we were finally able to determine what he was calling about, we simply told him that his daughter was given all of the information needed to return the item. What it really boiled down too was they didnt want to pay for the return shipping.
As too treating them like they were stupid. I guess if the shoe fits wear it.
