peter francis geraci refused to return my $281.00 or any portion because of lost of income.None of the requirements were forfilled because i lost my job.I didnt take the educational classes therefore i am due a refund.I w chicago, Illinois

On 5/9/2012 I paid Geraci law $281.00 for filing chapter 13.Iwas told @ that time that no work could be started until I took the 2 educational classes.My next appt date was 5/16/12.On 5/13 I was terminated from my job.I called my representative.He stated that I would receive my money back in 2-3 weeks.When the check didnt come I called.I was then told the attorneys had did some work that was greater than the $281.00 therefore they were not going to refund any money.How can they do this???
