PETER Francis Geraci FAKE PHONY AND WRONG INFO MILWAUKEE Wisconsin

Maria Rosanna Diaz of Milwaukee Wisconsin is the author of this false "report." She came to our Wauwatosa office complaining that she filed a Chapter 13,April 26, 2008, that was just dismissed Nov. 10, 2008 in Milwaukee case 08-24354, with Milwaukee attorney Paul Strouse, blaming him because he "did not give loan modification papers to her promptly and she was paying her mortgage directly to him, instead of to the Chapter 13 Trustee, among a multitude of other problems she had. We did not charge her a nickel and did not take her case, because she told us her house was ALREADY SOLD at a sheriff sale and the mortgage company's motion to confirm the sale was set for Monday!! Chapter 13 will not help on a case where a sheriff sale was already held. So our law firm gave her correct advice. For free! So this is a person that was in a failed Chapter 13 with another attorney, Paul A. Strouse, for 7 months, but it appears that a sheriff sale was pending when she filed that one! So she shows up in our office without any paperwork at all (we had to research all this) knowing she had already lost her house NOTHING TO DO WITH US, SHE HAD ANOTHER ATTORNEY, but after she posted this nasty lie on this so-called "friend of the consumer" site, she actually goes back to the same attorney she blamed for her first 13 failure, Paul Strouse, and FILES ANOTHER Chapter 13 with him! Of course, that fails to and was converted to to Chapter 7 on February 27, 2009. AND SHE THINKS HER REPORT IS ANONYMOUS? There are plenty of ways to find out who is posting false statements on "rip off" websites. Our law firm never charged her a nickel and gave her good advice, and her posting shows how wrong she is, which is typical of people that attack other people for no reason except pure maliciousness. There is a lot more we can say on the internet about her, since when you attack an attorney your info is no longer privileged, but all this is a matter of public record, we have not divulged anything that anyone cannot find except to identify who is making this false report.
