After purchases of this product there is no way it will work on the avaerage dog unless the dog is sedated. It makes a high pitched whring noise and scares the dog, and if you can get near the dog after that the grinding drum causes a teriffic vibration on the nail into the paw really upsettingthe dog. We tried to contact the company using their email address and it responds that they will get back in 24 hrs and nver do. the return telephone number they list is a conference call center and does not work. 866 626 7961

Our credit company has credited my account...buyer beware..you bought it you own it. The dallas BBB has numerous complaints on the operation, which looks like it is just a PO brop box
