PGA Golf Direct pgagolfdirect Complete Scam and Fraud! Internet China

These guys are a rip off! I got scammed and they are fraudulent and dishonest!! I ordered 2 PGA women's golf caps and added speedy shipping as it was for a gift. I was told I could only use a Visa card. I paid an outrageous amount of $67. 6 weeks later I still have not received the product and I find out they had immediately deducted $71 out of my account NOT $67, for 2 hats and express shipping!

I sent 8 emails demanding a refund and they replied with the same email over and over that it was in the process and would take 1-2 billing cycles to receive a refund! I'm embarrassed my gift for my friend did not arrive and after 6 weeks, I still have no product, no refund, no answers and now no patience left for these fraudulent scam artists! Never order anything from them!!!
