To begin with my credit card number was stolen from Samsclub.com. Someone got ahold of my card and started to make purchases. Well, I caught on a few days after when these Phantom Plates arrived at my door with a false phone number and email address. So I called my bank, reviewed return policy, and quickly called the number. Person said they would be back with me with-in 24 hours. No call. Wrote email to listed email. No response. Called, emailed, repeat. No response. So I called someone who was a sales rep. Got ahold. Talked. He mailed the company AND me. Told me that no one was in except for 3 days a week and that they came in between 10-12. Fine. Call. No response. We are half-way to the deadline of returns and still nothing. I am sick of their unprofessional treatment. I think that they think that if they wait me out they can keep the money. I refuse to let them. I will send it back with signature conformation before I let that happen. Morons! Besides this does not work. Watch Mythbusters. IT JUST DOES NOT WORK!!! No matter how you do it, it does not work. They tested this brand. Watch it on discoverychannel or youtube. This is bunk!!! Now I feel violated AND mad!!! Maybe I will hire a lawyer.

I just got ahold of them today. Finally. They claim not to have received the emails that asked for the RAN number. Or the 5 messages left on their machine. I retract my origional statement because I finally got a RAN number and that they are in the office at noon. Unprofessional, yes. They assumed that because I wrote an email stateing that I was returning the product without a RAN that everything was ok and did not call or write back. Still not in on the morning hours of operation 8:30-10. Do I retract that it does not work. No. Why? Just watch mythbusters.
