My order was never shipped by this company. I even paid an extra fee to have it shipped on time. When I was able to find an actual customer service telephone number...a man answered and quickly hung up. I e-mailed them several times with no response. If they are not shipping the book, I would at least like a refund so I can purchase it from a reliable source. Do not buy textbooks from this scam company.
