I ordered my books from phatcampus.com on January 16th, 2007, and on January 17th 2007. They charged my credit card but never sent me a confirmation numbers or tracking numbers where I would be able to track the items. Also the website describes if I cancel the order before the item is shipped, then refund will be given.

I sent an email saying that I wanted to cancel the order if item is not shipped yet on January 17th, and They never responded.

I have ordered 2 books from this website. I have paid $31.81 for one book and another one I have paid $49.09. They have already taken out the money from my credit card. Now, that I know this website rips off people, I'm going to print some of these complaints report and go to the bank and dispute the charge since they won't respond to any of my emails. Obviously there is no real "customer service", they do not even have a phone number listed on the website.

I hope someone can shut down this company because this company is not legit at all.

I emailed the "customer service" guy, telling him that If he doesn't respond soon then I would go dispute the charges and I wanted refund, and he (rrues@phatcampus.com) emailed me with the confirmation number of the order and told me that confirmation number notification system stopped working. So I guess, this actually really isn't a scam at all. It could be legit, but very bad customer service still.

Well he sent me the confirmation number which I can track the order, So I guess I'll have to wait a little to get my order.
