I ordered a textbook for my son, in early August. According to email from Phatcampus.com, it was shipped on August 9.When it was not received I contacted customer service via email. No response was received.

Since that time, I have contacted them via email, or the form on their website, 7 more times. I have not received any type of response.

At this point, I have written them off as a scam. I encourage you to write them off BEFORE you use them.
