Pherx.com Kevin Baronowsky Did not received my order since 22 Dec 2013 Temecula, California

On 22 Dec 2013, I had placed an order on pherx.com and had received an email confirmation in my inbox. When I did not received the order, I send a nice email to sales@pherx.com with no reply.
Since then, I had searched online and found that Kevin Baronowsky is the person behind this website and is also the same person running Zyloo Labs.
Interestingly, Amazon also carry this product and reviews are plenty. Not sure if this is a scam but still, I have no response from the company representatives.
