Apparently this Pherx.com must have switched based on what I've read. I ordered the Pherome product on the third of this month. I noticed that I never received any confirmation email which I found strange and it threw up flags. Yesterday I went to their website and and filled out their contact form (go figure). Today still no email and I noticed that they took my money out under ZYLOO RESEARCH LABS out of California.
On their website there is no phone number but on account, ZYLOO RESEARCH LABS had a telephone number. I've been calling that number all day and all it does is ring about 10 times then the lines go busy (again go figure) They have no voicemail set up or anything. I contacted my bank and they are conducting an investigation and froze the card. I'm normaly careful about who I order through online and I made the mistake of not checking under "complaints". Now I wish I had... I'm out $39 but it's the principle behind it. Just rememberthat when you place an order online and you don't get a confirmation email, something is not right.

It put of a flag when i did recieve an notice showing my order has been shiped. I'm out of 29.95 for a similar order placed. I would like my order shipped or money refunded..! Please resolve this asap without getting an attorney involved.
