Phil Cardone Filippo Cardone Fraud - Theft - Stole Money Scottsdale Arizona

Phil Cardone (Filippo Cardone) by many names, said he was a Private MoenyLender for rehabbing homes and did it all of the time. i was given his number and we spoke and he agreed to be my lender on a home purchase I was doing.

We drafted up documents of our arrangement, and all signed them. I was to giv ePhile Cardone $30,000 of downpayment, to be wired to his escrow account, Vita Partipilo ESQ LLC of Scottsdale. From this he would front our cash loan to buy this home.

I wired the $30,000 to him in  2 installements, from my bank JPM Chase. Phile was in constant communication, until it came to the day he was to wire half of the remaining payment on the home to the seller, @ properites in Chicago. Phile said he was wiring $250,000 on Monday, April 25th, 2016. He even supplied a Fed Wire Number!!!!! As of Monday, 3pm CST, when I informed Phile that the seller, nor the broker had received the payment, and it was a fake Fed Wire Number, he shut off his phone, and stopped answering emails.

I even reached out to a friend of his in Scottsdale that said they havent seen him in days. When researching on this site, etc, I see that he has been comitting these acts of fraud and theft for years, and had a court trial in Las Vegas, with no outcome.

I am asking for any infomration on how to pursue this man in court adn get my money back. 

I have filed a complaint with the SEC and FBI in Arizona and Chicago, waiting a response.

Any help would be great.
