Tried to contact the Philip B. company in CA, USA.  I left numerous messages and no one returned my calls.  I called the number in Germany listed on the hair product`s label and after several attempts a person picks up, sounded like they are picking up the call from their apartment.  They only spoke german and from what I understood, it was an aswering service hired by the Philip B. INC. 
I had questions regarding the hair products, I wanted to know why it caused hair loss. I left messages on www.philipb.com to contact me.  Then I received emails from the company below, telling me to go get a life, stop harassing us, leave us alone. Then a detective shows up at my residence, asking me to stop contact with the company.  WTF This is the most absurd thing that ever happened to me.  They ruin my hair, they ignore me, they try to turn my communication with the company as a personal harassment case.  Harassment as in annouying.  I have never heard of such a thing in my entire life.  I have suffered hair loss, and going through stress and the company has unprofessional manners and bad products, and then rather than facing or returning my calls regarding my complaints about their products, they shut me up by getting the police involved.
I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU TO BRING MORE PUBLIC AWARENESS TO THE BRUTALITY AND ABUSE NOT TO MENTION UNPROESSIONAL MANNERS OF THE PEOPLE BEHIND THIS BUSINESS,  PHILIP B. BOTANICALS INTERNATIONAL.
