My situation was similar to the other report or complaint.  I contacted the company after noticing severe hair loss to the frontal area of scalp after using philip b. products for about a month.
Initially they ignored my messages, then Lauren Berkovitz relative of the owner Philip B. /Philip Berkovitz responded to my messages with unprofessional and harsh emails.  Same as the other person mentioned in their report. `` stop harassing us, get a life, leave us alone``.

I thought it was funny or someone got drunk during their working hours, or perhaps having a bad day.  I soon realized every message I sent there after, received back the same replies. I then got really offended and sent an emails telling them I am done, send me your contact info for my attorney to scare them.  Philip B. called me and aked if I wanted products, I said no. I then felt that there were people around him and I was on speaker.  He started asking me questions about my emails,  making my emails sound as a threat and that I harassed Lauren, and that she needs to focs on her job, and told me not to contact them again.

Few days later, a cop from my town in Connecticut, calls me down to the police station. He explained that a Sheriff Dean contacted him from Ventura County, CA,  telling him I threatened and harassed Lauren.   I certainly do not know her or Philip to harass them.  I was calling and emailing a business not a person.  The cop said if I contact them he will then issue a warrant for my arrest.
I agreed to the terms.  

On June 23 2011, Lauren Berkovitz sent me an email from her iPad.  I responded back with a rude message and asked her to leave me alone.  On June 26 2011, I felt bad and I placed a few orders online, beauty products and edible desserts to Philip B. / Philip Berkovitz and Lauren Berkovitz with a message wishing them well and I called and apologized.  I thought it was the right thing to do and walked away in peace.

July 14 2011, I get arrested for the first time in my life and what a humialating experience it was. The cop said `` I told you no contact, and defied my instructions and sent them ifts and candy``.
I then realized this company Philip B. INC are imposters, and there is definitely something they are covering up for, they want to shut me up. Even though I was done once I ended the situation in peace, or so I thought.

Having any type of arrest in my profile disqualifies me from my work, and any future work of interest.  This company altered my reality and caused me nd my family lots of suffering.  That same day they sent me messages ranging from wishing me dead to physical harm. 
I advise you not to contact them.  They are trouble.  Something fishy.
