Phillips and Associates James G. Phillips, INC. Inadequate service for price involved Jenks Oklahoma

Client intially requested the amount of time to fill a position and was not given an answer.   Therefore, the statement that we were told 60-90 days is not factually correct.  Had we been told this, we would have not "contracted" the service.  We paid $1750 for unsatisfactory results in a untimely manner.

Aclient retaimed us to fill an audiology position and signed our retainer agreement.  The client told us they would also be placing an ad online to fill their positiom.

We explained that it normally takes 60-90 days to fill a position.

After three or four weeks our client found a candidate that they hired from their online ad and disputed our credit card charge.

We submitted all the documentation to the credit card processing company and after reviewing all of it the credit card processing company found in our favor.

This client wanted something for nothing!!!!
