Be careful when dealing with this company, their contract can make you responsible for more fees without the sale of your business than with.

They obviously approached me after seeing my retail business for sale,doubled the sale price to obtain more commission?did not allow you to keep the full contract for you to read and understand fully, and upon signature did not leave your copy of the contract with you not allowing you to make use of the cooling down period.

Purported only to take on a few businesses to give the best possible service to sell your business.

After hearing nothing for a few months rang given high figures of interested parties when I asked about follow up, told they hadn't enough staff!!!  Said my business too high valued and to reduce same!!!!!

Only one person came to look at the business,  which seemed strange considering the figures they started to send me of interest after I had queried what was happening. 

They were aware  my lease finished 18 months from their approach and I was already tied into an agency but continued to sign me into a Sole Agency Contract.

They pointed out the fees of 4,000 on their contract but failed to tell me that at the end of the lease I would have to pay the same without a sale and 2,000 if I tried to cancel after 26 weeks. 

After a few months into the contract one of the company's staff rang me to see if I was interested in selling my business!!!!!!!
Having refused to pay the fees they have issued proceedings,  I am in the process of writing a defence and would be happy to site any cases where the company's contract has been voided within proceedings
