Phoenix business agents of 7200 the quorum oxford business park north
are trying to get 7200 for doing nothing.. phoenix cold called me last november and at the time i was thinking of selling my business a man called zulf came to value my shop and i was surprised when he said he could achieve a selling price whice was much higher than i had ever thought so i entered into what i thought  was a 26 week contract and paid 1000 for advertising costs when zulf had left i then realised that i  did not have a copy of the contract so i made a phone call then another and so eventualy got the contract.. I never thought much more about it  on then nothing zulf had assured me the business would sell as they have a bank of investers about 6 or so weeks went by and i get a phone call to say they had a potencial cliient when they turned up they were nothing like a client that seemed interested having only spent five minutes in the shop and in 7 months i have had 2 pepole look at my business when they call me to arrange a vewing i said no and that i was out of contract and to remove it from there listings next day i recieved an invoice for 7200 so i called them and they said i have broken the contract i replaid that my contrack was for 6 mounths and we were in month 9 the contracts that i thought i had signed was not what i told had signed this company lie and cheat to get thousands and thousads of pounds for doing absolutley notrhing i have now got credit collectors calling at mt door for money that i have not got and i feel that i have been decieved on a conract that was not given to me right from the start i trusted in mr zulf
as  he seemed very positive and proffesional but that was not the case !! basilcally i have no trust in this company and i advise any person not to deal with these people

Do not pay them. Seek independent legal advice or go to citizens advice bureau, trading standards. I have had first hand experience with dealing with these guys, they are scam artists, who misrepresent to induce people into a contract then provide poor service. If you want to recover any money that you may have paid upfront then start a small claims online and file a harassment suit for the credit collectors.
