I have been sent a 11,000 invoice after I terminated a contract I signed in June 2010, with Poenix Business Agents after they cold called me. The salesman thought he would have my business sold within 6 months.
I paid an initial 1,500 fee, I was assured by the salesman no more money would be due until the business was sold.
In my opinion the salesman misrepresented the contract.
I have no intention of paying Phoenix a penny more
