I purchased a transmission for my Audi and was finally delivered a transmission 3 months after starting the process. The do this so you can't file with Ebay or Paypal as both deadlines for action have passed. I sent the old transmission back for the core charge and they disconnected their phones and have never sent an email of acknowledgment. The transmission they sent generated error codes from day 1. I also would like to participate in a class action suit...I have an attorney friend that could help if needed. Please contact me at(((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) if you feel the same about going after Mr. Kuperman in court.
