Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions, Phoenix Hard Parts I canceled my order and now I can't get a refund Phoenix Arizona

I had purchased a transmission from Phoenix remanufactured Transmissions on 04/03/2006. Due to needing to pay medical bills I canceled the order on 04/10/2006, which was before the transmission was delivered. The cancellation fee of 20% of the cost of the transmission was agreed upon with Matt and approved by Frank (the owner)

$950.00 for transmission

$550.00 for core charges

I was told the money $1310.00 would be transferred directly into the account in 3 to 4 days. After 10 days I called back to see why the money hadn't been transferred, I was not able to talk to Matt and was transferred to D.J. who said he would take care of it and that the money would be in the account in 4 to 5 days. On 04/04/2006 I called and talked to D.J. he said there was nothing he could do about it and transferred me to Matt, so I left another message for Matt none of witch have ever been answered or returned.
