Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions - Phoenix Hard Parts SOLD DEFECTIVE TRANS. THAT GOT HOT , CAUGHT FIRE WITH FAMILY IN VEHICLE!!!! PHOENIX Arizona

I was looking for a transmission for my son and his wife's van ,i called around to different tranny shop's and found the prices a bit high . So i deciced to do some shopping on E-BAY and came across this good deal looked at there feedback , everything looked O.K. So i had the van towed to a install shop and talking to the manager at the shop, he begin to set the cold reality of PHOENIX REMANUFACTURED TRANSMISSIONS on me that they had some problems with them in the past with bad tranny's . I was hoping that this would not be the case with me , tranny arrived installer did his part very satisfied with install the van drove fine for about 3 mo., then my son ,wife,and 2 children in this vehicle coming home started noticing the van wasn't driving right, it started smoking so they pulled over to inspect , a truck driver that was behind them seen something was very bad wrong with the vehicle ,he pulled over behind them at the same time and upon stopping they find the engine compartment engulfed in flames . All i have to say is that it was by the GOOD-GRACES of the truck driver that he stopped because it was with his fire extinguisher that they were able to put the fire out and not totally see the vehicle burn to the ground ,everyone escaped this ordeal unharmed!!! We were thankful to the truck driver for his concern . Upon further inspection of the van the whole undercarriage and back of the van was completely covered in transmission fluid . Well it was back to the repair shop and this is when we begin to see where our worst hopes were realized , Upon calling PHOENIX REMANUFACTURED TRANSMISSIONS I got a busy signal on the phone all day and the next day...... you get the point! So i called the repair shop to see what they found out about the tranny ,well i got 2 pieces of info 1.That PHOENIX REMANUFACTURED TRANSMISSIONS is bankrupt and no longer in business 2. Well the tranny was terminal,and it is going to cost $1550.00 to fix! And on top of all this i never got my core deposit back .This is what i get for trying to save my son and his family a couple of hundred bucks in these tough times , i get "RIPPED OFF" well i pray they have a conscience and i pray that they can't sleep at night for all the people that put trust in them to sell them a quality item like they advertised ,that spent HARD EARNED DOLLARS to fix there vehicle so they can go to work and try to eek out a living. I HOPE YOUR HAPPY AND JUST KEEP SMILING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK ,YOU THIEF!!!!
