Phytoextractum Possibly Adulterated Kratom Products Portland, Oregon Internet

 I have literally spent thousands at Phytoextractum. So when I received a bottle of FST (that was $55 no less) that had sediment floating throughout it, I politely emailed the company and asked for a replacement. No response. I emailed the following day, only to be ignored again. I sent yet another message yesterday and, what do you know, no response from Phytoextractum. They could not care less that a loyal customer is unhappy nor do they care that I received questionable product. I have to wonder if it's been adulterated somehow, as I buy the FST all the time and it isn't supposed to have stuff floating around in it. I'm very disappointed with their lack of customer service and will be taking my $1500/month business elsewhere.
