Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
they show up dog tired and moving at a snails pace. they charge by the hour, so i realize this was going to be more expensive than i had anticipated.
After 2 hrs loading the truck, they say it's going to be an additional 1.5hrs charge to unload.
After being 6 hours late we ask if there is anything to be done about the price, it's now 130AM and they were supposed to be at my house at 4pm.
They call the owner who was anything but professional. After being a repeat customer, I was unprepared for how I was treated. I let him know that i will definitely not be using this company again, to which he said, that's ok, there are plenty of moving companies out there.
Wow.
well if you dont give a d*** about your own business, why should I. I hope you learn how to treat your customers in the future, but something tells me that you wont.
