picmonkey They withdrew money from my checking account for 3 months and their site said I had to renew; which I paid monthly. I was unable to access my acccount and they would only refund one month of the charges Washingotn Seattle

I have used Picmonkey for years, I had automatic monthly payments of $7.99.

I tried to log onto my account and it said it was time to renew. I went to my checking account and found where the withdrawl was never interrupted . I paid for 3 months and still was being told it was time to renew.

They only refunded me one month. They stole money from me and will not resolve this issue. Although it is only just under $16 it is the principle of the situation.

If they do this to others they are making money hand over fist by stealing from people. I have all the statements and a screenshot of my paypal when the money was withdrawn as well as a screen shot of my picmonkey account stating my membership expired in FEB 2018. Funny how they withdrew the money Feb , March and April and said my membership expired in Feb.
