Pierce Property Management PPM Getting rid of a tennant for NO reason after 13 1/2 years Prescott Valley Arizona

“THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING”

               An absolutely awful company to deal with! I hope I can save anyone out there the heartache of what I went through with PPM before they decide to use them.

            I lived in the same apartment for over 13 ½ years. Numerous times my rent was paid 4 months in advance. I’ve never been late on paying rent in my life. I don’t smoke, I have no pets, I’m a quiet tenant, yet on Monday 6-27-16 my mail carrier handed me a certified letter which stated I had until the end of July to get out. No reason given, not even after my 3 phone calls to Gina at PPM was any reason ever given for my termination?

            My apartment was immaculate and ironically enough cleaner after 13 ½ years than when I moved in.

            I believe every tenant in the complex, like I, was on month to month rent so by law I’m told this gives PPM the right to do what they did.

            Luckily I’m in a job where I had the time to search every day to try and find a place to live and I have good friends whom in time helped me move. But, this was a very, very stressful situation to be thrown into and the last thing I ever expected to happen.

            I have friends whom PPM have done this to also, they had lived in their home for 4 ½ years when PPM threw them out too, giving them just one months notice.

            All I can say is be warned!
