Pinnacle Collection Agency Pinnacle Processing Coercion to pay on a debt that was not mine, threaten to serve papers to me at my work place Brooklyn, Ohio

I was called and informed that there were 2 complaints regarding fraud filed against me for Payday Loans.  I was told that I needed to contact my attorney within 24-48 hours.   They contacted my place of employment as well as family members notifying them that they intended to serve me with court papers at my job that day if I did not settle the matter immediately.   They used coercion and threats to obtain my bank account information.   This debt was not mine.   If you are contacted by this agency, do not give them your bank account information.  notify the FCC immediately.  This is totally bogus.  As soon as I realized that this was a scam, I closed my existing bank account and opened up a new one.  I cannot believe that these agencies exist, perhaps this company is owed by Obama, and he's tryimg to reduce the deficit.
