Pinnacle Security Unauthorized Credit Report Pulled, and deception orem, Utah

In early July 1010 A man walked up to my door with a clip board in hand, he appeared to be a salesman and therefore I waived him off to leave, however he would not leave and after several minutes I felt obligated to find out what the heck he wanted, I opened my door and immedietly told him I was not interested, he talked over me and started to tell me my current security company ADT sign could be replaced for free If I switched to use their service, I said again that I wasn't interested. A couple days later my Equifax credit alerting service notified me that "Pinnacle Security" had pulled my credit report. This was an unauthorized look at my credit and since then I have filed a complaint and plan to persue litigation.

That same evening my mother was approached at her home and a Pinnacle Security company sales rep told her that her current security company had merged with theirs, she didn't believe him and closed the door.

It is important that this company be stopped from this public scam and abuse.
