This is the second time since June that I had ordered minutes for my phone using Pinzoo. They deduct the money from my bank account and send me a PIN that doesnt work!!! You owe me over 50.00 dolars now!!!! Customer service says minutes were sent........I NEVER recieved them. The first time this happened I spent hours on the phone with NET TEN and Pinzoo and the problem was never resolved. I chalked it up to a fluke and continued to use the site, NEVER again. I am also contacting BBB.
