Placed order for cell phone minutes. Was charged $19.97 twice for one order. Called to rectify and was told it would take 3/4 days for a refund.!? They have my money instantly and I can't get my ill gotten money back for 3/4 days???? This is scandelous and rediculous. I have read many others experiencing the same issue of double charging. If folks don't pay attention to their paypal accounts or emails, Pinzoo makes out like a bandit!
