I initially called Washington Mutual to report $11.89 not sounding like something I had actually purchased. While on the phone with a representative of the bank I performed a Google search. I'm very glad I found this information, although it made me just a teeny bit more angry - actually a lot angry. What the heck do they think they're doing?
