I ordered the "any pizza, any size, any toppings" pizza along with a 22 piece buffalo wing order.  So when the delivery girl arrived she had the wrong wing order.  "no big deal" I thought, she came back with the correct wing order about 30 minutes later.  Finally, it was time to eat, or so I thought, but then the pizza was wrong, it was completely covered with black olive, which I had specified being allergic to so I called the restaurant to notify them.  They claimed, "no problem we will replace that for you"  I was very patient and said fine.  The delivery driver drove into the driveway, fingered the pizza, and never came to the door, they drove back off without dropping the pizza off. 

I called again to complain.  Miguel told me sorry, we will take care of that for you.  I told him no, do not "take care" of it, even if the pizza were dropped off with me now I believe it would be unsanitary, and inedible, just refund the money, he said fine, I will do that, but it might not show up for 3 days, I said fine, just refund it.  Well after one week I called them and told them the story, and notified them that I had not received my refund. The man claiming to be the manager on the phone said that he had not heard anything about my order, or my refund, and that my account did not exist, and was not in their system.  When I called the corporate number I was left a message with a fake phone number, and name.

I have not done business with that or any pizza hut since.  Please pass this information on, especially if you live in Moreno Valley.
