I phoned Pizza Hut to have Pizza's delivered and told the guy that the last pizza I ordered I had to throw in the garbage because it had NO CHEESE. I warned him that this better not happen again.

I get the 2 pizzas ($32.00) and see that 3/4 to 1/2 of the pizza's have NO CHEESE coverage at all!

I phoned back and asked for the manager who is the same guy that took my order (ALEX) and told him the problem. He put me on hold for a good long while and then came back and asked me if I wanted new pizzas. I said YES. Then he said that I would have to bring the pizzas back personally into the store. I said that I am disabled and can't plus I already paid for the ficking delivery charge. He said well..you will have to wait another hour for our delivery man. I said ok. Then he said well...we will need to inspect your pizza and make a decision. I said are you kidding me? He said NO and offered me 10 - 15% off on my NEXT order. Like WTF! Are you kidding me?

I told him to have the REAL manager call me asap (20 minutes according to him).

We will see what happens.

Personally guy being a delivery driver for them my self yeah ive met my share of un pleasurable people that are never pleased with anything and its HIGHLY annoying now first off no you shouldnt have to carry the food back to the store your self your right there and the other driver should have brought you your food but in our defense if yo call us up with a smart attitude from the get go your food will probably be late getting to your door and slightly cold or like one customer i had in there driveway because she thought it smart to throw the wrong pizza at me so i flip it cheese down and told her to well eat it now was i wrong after the third trip there because of her nick picking of her opinion of extra no i wasnt you call anyone being an @$$ your gonna get the same in return all you had to do was call and order your pizza with well IDK extra cheese because our cheese cups have been changed twice since i  was there so yeah grow up and learn to order your food to your liking dude second if you ordered this pizza in june of this year then your story is all false because all our pizzas medium and large are 10 bucks and the delivery charge is only 2 bucks now you do the math last time i saw a reciept for 2 pizzas for delivery it was oh wait $24.20 so yeah and thats been that way for a while so yeah

While I agree some customers can be so annoying that you are better off without them, I can also understand if someone orders a cheese pizza, and it has little to no cheese on it, they are going to have a right and reason to complain.

So, it seems by your admission, it is a better choice to simply make it difficult for the customer to get any satisfaction..then simply put some cheese on a freaking cheese pizza.

Not that I consider whatever it is that "cheese like" substance is to actually be cheese, if someone expects it on their pizza, just put some on and everyone will be happy. I mean for 32 dollars shouldn't someone at least get a little plastic cheese like substance on the bread?

I never complained about any pizza in 30 years so I don't understand where you are getting that impression. I simply wanted them to know what happened on my last order and that I would be upset if it happened again. I certainly did not ask for free pizza - I asked that they replace the pizza's that they just delivered. In the USA I hear restaurant staff do nasty things to people's food if they complain. This is Canada and we are civilized here. So later....

In all honesty, why on earth would you call up a store and from the get go put them on the defensive? I have worked at a Pizza Hut before, and in some cases, when a customer was one that constantly complained and was never satisfied, we would intentionally screw up the pizzas, but make sure no one would know, so that way the customer would be so aggravated they would not come back. This is what the manager was doing to you - making sure that to get your free pizzas or discount would be so annoying that you would not do it.

Try to have some respect for the people making your food. I mean, you eat it, and also, that driver is alone with your food in his/her car for quite some time... if you're going to be difficult you might want to consider that next time.

Now there is a novel concept...

When dealing a restaurant, it is important to remember that the consumer has the power. If you find a product to be unacceptable, you take your money elsewhere. In this instance, the OP was not satisfied with two consecutive orders and has thus decided not to order from that place again.

While I think the OP's warning was needlessly confrontational, I do think that he/she ultimately reached the correct conclusion.

No - you misunderstood what I said. This was the second time this happened. I threw out the LAST order and did not complain. I am talking about the pizza's I ordered after that order.

By the way, the manager did not satisfy the problem and I will not be ordering again from Pizza Hut. Pretty sad because I have enjoyed their pizza for 35 years. He said that the cheese is measured out and that is the way the pizza's come now.

Are you crazy?

How do you expect a business to thrive if they have to give free pizzas to anybody and everybody who says the pizza is wrong.  If you really threw the pizza away and it is sitting in your trash as you said and you called back and you are disabled the chances that you took it out to the dumpster and the garbage man came are not possible.  Just show the pizza and you will get your free pizza.  What is so hard with that?  Now if it's not in your trash you were being dishonest and maybe greed influenced your actions.  In this case you shouldn't receive a free pizza or 15 percent off.  Do the right thing.
