For at least the third time at the same food establishment, I placed an online food order that remained in cyberspace, never knowing the depth of my hunger.

On (May 13, 2013 at 5:49 PM) from the Pizza Hut on 10886 Beechnut St, Houston, TX, 77072, i online ordered Wedge Fries, a personal pan pizza, and a gallon of sweet tea. With tax and a delivery charge, the total was $17.32.  They failed to deliver after the web site said I had been approved.

I paid with a credit card and the confirmation email I received said my order would be delivered around 6:34 PM, May 13, 2013.  The email also said my credit card would be processed by the Pizza Hut location I ordered from, and that.I must present my credit card to the driver at the time my order is delivered for a credit card imprint and my signature.  Not only did I not receive my order, and Pizza Hut still charged me, i can only recall one delivery driver who asked to see my credit card!!!  So, since the drivers never confirmed my card, they had no hard evidence that I ordered in the first place; making it easier to falsely charge me. I do not know if other Pizza Hut locations are doing the same thing, but my bank statements can verify the false charges made on my credit card.

I have had Parkinson's Disease for almost 25 years and have lost most of my speaking ability, so I could never call the Beechnut location to complain.  Now that I have found this RIPOFF REPORT website, I can finally speak the truth, voice or no voice, relying on the strength of the written word to let others know that Pizza Hut is processing and submitting false credit card charges!!

However, I can be reasonable: all I want is for Pizza Hut to reimburse me in the amount of $1000.00. roughly $100 in charges they falsely processed on my credit card and $900 for my time and effort put forth in filing this complaint, not to mention the pain and anguish i felt not being able to make myself be heard due to my non-vocal disability.

If Pizza Hut refuses to settle out of court, I am sure their are a large number of trial lawyers cruising cyberspace, looking for this type of "Blue Collar" thievery. along with disability activists and lawyers who make it their life mission to speak up for those whose voices have become muted.

You got me...

You had me right up until your crazy demands.

"However, I can be reasonable: all I want is for Pizza Hut to reimburse me in the amount of $1000.00. roughly $100 in charges they falsely processed on my credit card and $900 for my time and effort put forth in filing this complaint, not to mention the pain and anguish i felt not being able to make myself be heard due to my non-vocal disability."

That's what you deem "reasonable?" You're actually being so entirely unreasonable and delusional that I have to think your story is entirely made up and nothing but lies.

You could easily have gone to Pizza Hut's website and filed a complaint with them through their "contact us" page and even specified email communication is required due to your disability. With just a little communication, you'd probably be able to get any false charges refunded and maybe even some free pizza out of the deal. But there are no false charges, are there, Mr. Crazy Liar Person?

As for your looney demands... I truly hope you get nothing, not even free breadticks. Granted, PH will likely refund you any recent purchases just to cover their butts in case you actually file a discrimination lawsuit but nothing more.

Though I doubt they'd go to the trouble, I'll be hoping Pizza Hut sees this report and deems that what you wrote is an attempt at extortion/blackmail and goes after you for it legally.
