This is an unethical management company. Do not give this organization any credit terms, they do not pay their bills. We were hired to upgrade a large video surveillance system for one of their properties. After completed, they told us we had to file with their "Compliance Department" which is an online service that requires the supplier to pay $100 just to register. Keep in mind they are requiring the supplier to pay $100 so they can get paid. We did so, then they came back with multiple requirements on insurance certificates before they will pay the bill. Keep in mind this was after the work was performed and after we had invoiced them.

They have made no claim at anytime the work was not complete nor have they claimed they were the unsatisfied. They then sent a lien waiver to us and said we had to have it signed and notarized for payment, we did so but they never made payment. The work was complete January 30th, today is May 30th, 120 days. We have had to turn this over to our attorney to sue them in district court for payment. This organization should not be trusted and be advised they will throw all kinds of requirements at you after you have completed the work. Watch out THIS IS AN UNETHICAL COMPANY.
