I received a Rules report and had to sign it because not doing so would result in jeopardizing my rental agreement - in short, I guess that means eviction. I signed. I have reported a resident who has been feeding stray cats outside for as long as I've lived here (3 years). It took almost 5 months before any thing was said to them. I called again when 2 residents on my street put trash out many days before the scheduled pick up, which resulted in cats tearing bags open. I was told NOT to call them anymore. I told them it was a problem with me that this place looked like trailer-trash lived here and I was just letting them know that people were not compling with the rules. The grass in NEVER trimmed when missed, the shrubs need trimmed (it was July 18 already), there are blankets and sheets at windows instead of curtains, as well as tons of cigarette butts in front of some apts. 

I know that the services provided are relatives mostly and the cheapest. It just matters that they do the basics. One of the lawn workers told me that he once helped his son with an indoor problem (yes, he was lawn maintenance) but the inside was bug-infested he would not go in one again.

What gives? PK Management only wants profit. They do not care that their properties look trashy and do nothing to make them look nicer. No pride in their properties, no pride in doing their jobs, and certainly no pride in the publics opinion of them. 

I had to sign the Rules or else, but there are no repercussions if the rules are not followed. Why sign?
