On the companies' terms and conditions, they state that payouts are approved within 7 days then processed then you will receive a tracking number once your check has been received.

I have made so many calls as it has been a month since my withdrawal was approved, and they continue stating "you should hear from us in 7 banking days" This has now occurred 3 times. Customer service is rude. They are truly a Fraudulent business and should be ashamed of their business practices.

Buyer Beware. DO NOT USE. There are several other online casino's that are legitimate and payout in a matter of a week.
