Planet 7 casino does not like to pay it's customers when they win. As in my case, I won an $8200.00 jackpot and as soon as I made a withdrawal request, my account was depleated of all of Something to do with violating the Terms and Conditions of the website. When I questioned the removal of the funds I was awarded a "one time exemption" and $2500.00 was returned to my account and approved for withdrawal. The time frame I was given for the check to be sent was ten days, and 35 days later I am still waiting.Doesn't appear to me that a check will be sent at all. I believe it may have something to do with the "one time exemption". If I was eligable for that, then I should be eligable for the entire amount, And I have a hunch that they know that too. This site is bad news. They sure like taking your money because they know you won;'t win.
