Planet 7 Casino took all my winnings ($7,115.32) and stated I played a game that was not a part of the bonus coupon code I had used.
These bonus coupon codes typically have a Play-Through dollar amount you need to play first prior to going on to other games.
During this time, all other games are not accessible until the Play-Through amount has been satisfied for the specified bonus code used during the last cash deposit you make.
Once the Play-Through amount has been satisfied for the specified bonus code used, then at that time, all other games are accessible again to play.
I have fully-satisfied the Play-Through amount for all deposit bonus codes I used during my last deposit.
The Planet 7 Casino website itself doesn’t allow you to play any excluded games during the Promo Period until you have Played Through the required amount specified by the deposit bonus code you use.
In my case, Planet 7 Casino has Stolen ($7,115.32 of my winnings and gave me a Promo Credit of $99.00 as a thank you gesture) !!!
How is this legal under the Gambling Commission laws and regulations?
