Planet beach contempo spa Scam, fraudulent charges, do not sign up or you will regret it. This company has continually charged services to my bank account after cancellation and I have disputed but they are still able to eft out of my account so I'm having to close my account just to avoid being charged for months. Dallas Texas

Planet beach contempo spa sounded like the best idea for a stressful life to relax until I moved away from this location and was unable to use the services. I called to cancel and the associate gave me the run around and said I had to pay for the next month before canceling. After I closed my card they were still able to get my money and continued to run my card at various dates during the past few months after I had disputed the transactions. I am now forced to close my account after multiple attempts to get my money back.
They have no contract when you sign up but they lie and will scam you until you have to dispute constant fradulant charges. I read online that this is happening at multiple planet beach locations across the U.S. and someone with power of attorney needs to shut this place down or put an end to all these frauds with this company. I am aware it is commission based so they will do everything they can to make a dollar off you. I just hope my bank will refund my money after all these claims I've submitted for hundreds of dollars they stole from me.

I called to cancel my membership at the end of September. My bank account was charged from Oct 2014-Jan 2015. I am forced to not use that account and will be closing it if you cannot refund the amounts charged. I told the sales associate working to cancel my membership due to me moving away from the salon and she gave me the run around. I am not happy that I was charged at different dates every month. I'm not sure what information you need but I have statements that show the transactions. I've read online that this has been happening at multiple locations.

We take great pride in offering easy no hassel cancellation request from our customers. Every contract that is signed states our cancellation policies. We do our very best to work with all of our customers upon cancellation because we understand how frustrating it can be.
We take acqusations of fraud very seriuosly!
We are demanding that you show proof of any fraudulent charges that were made to the account that you authorized payments from. Please contact the store as soon as possible so that we can clear up any issues that you may have.
