Planet Fitness continue to charge account after cancellation and refuse to give refund. Stow Ohio

In July I went to the facility and cancelled a membership I had agreed to pay for my son with automatic payments coming from my personal checking acccount. The manager on duty,now no longer there, had me fill out papers to cancell membership and then had me have my bank reissue the funds instead of them giving me a refund on the July payment.

I realized I am being charged monthly dues in September and immediately called to ask why my account was being charged. The young woman said that the membership was still active and she said she would go through a file to see if the cancellation "paper copy" was there and possibly not entered into the computer. Now, when I was originally there, the young male manager said he had cancelled the membership within the system. 

Well here it is October and again my account is being charged. This has caused my account to be overdrawn twice now. I have moved and no longer can find my copy and have no communication with my son to see if he still has it.

They refuse to go back and refund my money from July to present as there is no record I was ever there to cancell it and since the manager who handled the initial cancellation no longer works there, they can not verify it.

I am out over $125 with overdraft charges and fees. Not to mention the initial refund they had me get from my bank.
