I joined the Planet7casino a few months ago and spent around 4,000.00 at the casino. During that time I did 2 cashouts. one for 2500 and one for 2400.

The casino asked for documentation so we sent it and they confirmed that the documentation is good and your cashouts are being processed. After a couple weeks I started checking with the casino and would have long waits before I could speak to someone. At close to a month I have decided to file with rippoff report as I don't want other people losing money without an opportunity to actually win.

They will give you the run around over and over saying the same thing. No information accept its still in processing and they promiss you that you will recieve your winnings someday. In other words they don't pay you. This casino needs to be shut down. This is theft by planet7casino.
