planetdvdstore.com Paid for dvd set. Item never received. No reponse from company Internet

I order a dvd set on Dec 16,2009.  A charge in the amount of 40.90 was debited from my checking account on Dec 17, 2009.  Another charge for .25 was again debited by this company on Dec 18th.  I received an email that the dvd set was being shipped and I should received in 10 to 14 days.

However, I never did receive the dvds.  They were a Christmas present.  I went to the website to find  a phone number.  There is no phone number, no address.  The only way to contact them is by email. The website states that emails will be answered in 24 to 48 hours.

As of today  01/06/2010, I have sent 5 emails and received no response to any of them.  I decided to research this company online only to discover that this is  a constant problem, that no one receives their dvds, or when the do receive them, they do not work.  I have read that they are copies.  I am wondering if they are illegal copies because according to the website some of the dvd's that they sell haven't yet been released. 

I would like my money refunded from the scamming company.
