I was contacted by a man from platinum advantage, he coned me into giving him my info saying he was from a different company, his name is Brian anderson, I later canceled it when i found out what they are, i talked to David simms, he assured me i had nothing to worry about it was canceled. it was supposed to come out on Monday, i went to the bank, the banker said i had to wait til afterwards to file the form E, so i waited and on Friday they took the money out of my account, i have the cancellation numbers and all their names.

This customer called about a refund . A Refund contract was mailed to this customer he then signed and returned the paperwork stating he accepted the refund offer on 5/21/2008 and then he went to his bank and reversed the charges on 5/24/2008, So we will stop payment on the check issued to this customer . Thats just wrong . We will issue a refund for any customer that wants there money back all they have to do is call or email us . This customer from the begining posted here on this site before his original draft for $200.00 had even cleared with bank . He never even called us for a refund until after his did his posting .
